Fertility Tablet

Fertility pills help boost ovulation to increase the chance of pregnancy. Clomiphene (Clomid) and letrozole (Femara) are common examples. But they work in different ways and have different side effects to consider. Both medications are effective.

Fertility 25mg Tablet is a dietary supplement specifically formulated to support female fertility, particularly in women with a diminished ovarian reserve and those of advanced ovarian age. It contains Dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA), which is a precursor to sex hormones that play a crucial role in reproductive health. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any disease, and these statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). One box contains 3 blister sheets (each sheet containing 14 Tablets) for 14 days supply of DHEA.

Indications

• Female Infertility: Fertility 25mg Tablet is designed to enhance fertility in women of advanced ovarian age.
• Ovulation Support: Promotes the release of matured eggs in women who do not ovulate regularly or are undergoing fertility treatments like in vitro fertilization (IVF).

Uses

Dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) is used for women with diminished ovarian reserve and poor responders undergoing IVF.

How to Take

Take one Fertility tablet three times daily before or after meal.

How it Works

Dehydroepiandrosterone (Micronized) is a hormonal medication that gets converted into sex hormones in the body, essential for producing and developing healthy eggs. It thus helps treat female infertility by improving ovarian function and egg quality.

Dosage and Administration

The recommended dosage is to take one Fertility 25mg Tablet three times daily, either before or after meals. Consistency in timing can help maintain stable hormone levels.

Contraindications

• Not recommended for individuals with known hypersensitivity to Escitalopram, Citalopram, or any of the drug’s inactive ingredients.
• Should not be used concurrently with monoamine oxidase inhibitors or pimozide.

Side Effects

While SSRIs like Escitalopram are less sedating and have fewer antimuscarinic and cardiotoxic effects compared to tricyclic antidepressants, they can still cause side effects including:

• Gastrointestinal issues: nausea, vomiting, dyspepsia, abdominal pain, diarrhea, constipation.
• Weight changes: anorexia and weight loss or increased appetite and weight gain.
• Acne, hot flashes, and mood changes can also occur.

Pregnancy and Lactation

The use of Escitalopram during the third trimester of pregnancy should be carefully considered by a physician, weighing the potential risks and benefits. Escitalopram passes through human breast milk, so the decision to continue or discontinue nursing or therapy should be made after considering the risks to the infant and the benefits of treatment.

Precautions and Warnings

• Use with caution in individuals with epilepsy, especially if seizures are poorly controlled. Discontinuation may be necessary if convulsions develop.
• Caution is also advised for patients with a history of mania, cardiac disease, diabetes mellitus, angle-closure glaucoma, and when used with medications that increase the risk of bleeding.

Storage Conditions

Store Fertility 25mg Tablet at room temperature between 30° to 32°C, away from excessive heat and out of reach of children.
