Description
Momvit® tablet is specially formulated with 16 essential nutrients to provide multivitamin &
multimineral support when planning conception, throughout pregnancy and while breast
feeding. It is carefully developed by experts so that all ingredients are within safe levels for
pregnancy and are moderate rather than excessive. It provides iodine to promote healthy
development of baby’s brain, eyesight & hearing; provides folic acid that may reduce the risk
of brain and/or spinal cord birth defects such as spina bifida if taken daily for 1 month prior to
conception and throughout pregnancy. It also provides vitamin D to support calcium absorption
to assist with healthy development of baby’s bones.
Indications and Uses: This preparation is for pregnant and lactating mothers. It fulfils the
increased demand of nutrients during pregnancy and lactation and thus ensures healthy baby.
Dosage and Administration: Two tablets daily with a meal, or as professionally prescribed.
Contraindications: This product is contraindicated in patients with a known hypersensitivity
to any of the ingredients.

Precautions:

Do not exceed the stated dose of folic acid. If you have had a baby with a neural
tube defect you should seek specific medical advice.
Side Effects: No clinically significant side effects or toxicity are reported with such kind of
preparation.

Use in Pregnancy & Lactation:

It is recommended to use in pregnancy and lactation.

physician. Keep in a cool and dry place, protect from light. Keep out of the reach of children.

Vitamin C USP 15 mg, Vitamin D USP 250 IU, Vitamin E USP 5.2 IU, Betacarotene USP 3
mg, Calcium (as Dibasic Calcium Phosphate) USP 59 mg, Phosphorous (as Dibasic Calcium
